- I want to buy something, but I don't know how to do it.
- You can use our shopping cart (you have to be registered as user). The only thing you have to do is select your desired products and add them into your shopping cart. Then make the order and wait for us to notify you total price including shipping cost and payment information.

- You can choose between:
- Direct transfer to our spanish account (no taxes added)
- Paypal (+3.4% tax)

- I'm not from Spain... can I buy here?
- Yes. Even if we are the official Spanish Dollzone agents, we are selling products to the whole world. In fact, as we are the first official BJD seller in Europe, we have sent products to several countries like Germany, Finland, and Brazil.

- Only dolls with make up include eyelashes.

- Is the quantity you can use as discount for your next shopping.

- How can I know which products are in stock?
- You can consult the list of items in stock in the stock section.

- If I order some products in stock, when will you ship them?
- Items in stock are ready to be shipped as soon as we receive the payment. Anyways, please make sure that all products in your order are in stock, or it will be delayed until we receive missing items, so we can ship all them together.

- What is the Wishlist?
- Is a list where you can save your favourite products you wish to have. It is not used to buy them, just for having your favourite products saved and show it to your friends.

- What are the differences between skin tones?
- Now you can choose between 4 skin tones: Normal Yellowed Skin (the old 1/3 normal skin), Normal Pinked Skin (the old 1/4 and BB normal skin), White Skin and Tanned Skin. You can compare those kinds of skins with an image doing click here.

- How many time will my order take?
- We don't want to say a specific time, because it depends on many factors, specially on the time that China takes to make and ship the products, and on Spanish customs inspections. But we can tell you about our average time between you make an order and we ship it, and it is 52 days and 6 hours, but we are improving it because we are ordering products to China more frequently so you have to wait less time!.
Anyways, if we have your desired item in stock, the only time you have to wait is the shipping from our warehouse to your house :) and it is only 1-2 days (It could be higher for shippings out of Spain).

- Could be any delays with my order?
- We are sad to say that we have to delay orders sometimes due to China mistakes, because if we don't receive items from China, we can't do nothing. Reasons could be delays from China, or wrong items received (and then we have to wait China to send us the right one). If that's your case, we will notify you as soon as known.
Recently, due to Spanish customs and the new European inspection laws, packets from China take more time to be dispatched because they are passing an inspection made by customs officials, but don't worry, because your order is managed by us and you don't have to pay any extras, as it happens with other dealers :)

- What do you use to ship products?
- We use to send packets out of Spain with Correos España, because it's the most cheap service and we haven't had problems with it :) as well as you can check how your shipping is doing in their webpage (Spanish).

- What about shipping cost?
- We made a table with prices of several shippings you can look up.

- What if my order come damaged or broken?
- As you can optionally choose an insurance in your ordering process, we will not be responsible at any time for the treatment, delay or loss of the order by the transport company. Even if Dollzone Spain may help to find a solution to the problem, if any damage has been caused during the transport a claim must be addressed to such company to have a reimbusement or whatsoever such company establihes in its clauses.

- I've been paid my order, but it's shown as not paid.
- Payment checking is not automatic, so it could be some delay while your order status is updated. Other thing is, international payments could take up to 3-5 days to be processed by banks. Another reason could be that, we got some payments without order ID (even if you specified it, specially in international payments --it's recommended to add your order ID in the sender field--). Anyways, if your order is not updated in 2-3 days, don't hesitate to ask us about your payment status.
